Since then, they have added an additional 11 lines giving them a total of 15 wheel collections in their catalog; ADV.1, Alloy Technic, Avant Garde, Forgestar, iForged, Interad, iSS Forged, Linea Corse, Rotiform, VIP Modular and Vossen Forged. Each and every wheel collection OEMconcept has added to their catalog has been carefully hand picked by the owners. It's easy to just sit back and add company after company to a lineup, but then there is no relationship between owner and supplier and it shows that the company works with a Quantity over Quality mindset. At OEMconcept, the owners have a strict process in adding wheel collections to their catalog.
First, the owners call each and every company they deal with and establish a strong business to business relationship with either the company owner or representative. If at any point one of the OEMconcept owners gets a bad vibe from one of the companies, they immediately drop them from contention of being added to their lineup.
Second, the OEMconcept owners break down each and every companys customer service. Customer service is one of the most important services a company can offer. So reprsentative availability, representatives knowledge of products, stock availability, and other customer services are all factors when breaking down a companies customer service. OEMconcept wants their customers to be happy and feel comfortable with their purchase and experience, so poor customer service from any company is unacceptable.
Third, is quality for price. One of the MOST important things when buying wheels. OEMconcept looks for Quality first, price second. Yes everyone likes to save money, but at what expense? They search these forums in search of the positives and negatives of every company, and from what is read, they establish whether a company puts out a quality product that the buyers are happy with.
