Alloy Technic LLC was founded in 2008 as a manufacturer and distributor of high performance forged aluminium wheels, specializing in exotic alloys and military-spec heat treating processes. The company's main focus is to take forged alloy wheel production to the next level by using proprietary technology and engineering, to turn out a final product that is beautiful, strong, and lightweight. Alloy Technic wheels are made specific for each application, utilizing weight-optimization and FEA technology, so that the maximum strength and minimum weight can be achieved.
Alloy Technic high performance forged alloy wheels are 100% made in USA, starting with a proprietary aerospace grade aluminium alloy. The following is an insight on how the wheels are made:
1. The specially formulated alloy is first forged in the USA using a 10000T rotary forging press.
2. Next, it is spun and flow formed on the largest and most powerful spinning machine in North America.
3. From there, it is heat treated using military and aerospace certified technology, to properties higher than the industry standard T6.
4. Finally, it is lathed into a precision lathe blank, and lastly CNC milled in a robotized cell into the final wheel design.
