If OEMconcept has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order. In-stock orders (excluding special delivery items) normally ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the distance between where your product(s) ship from and where you are located.
Wheels are covered by a 1 year limited finish and structural warranty. Warranty begins as of the purchase date on your invoice. For OEMconcept to process any wheel warranty, the wheel will have to either be given to us in person, or sent back to us (UPS) at your expense for inspection. If the wheel is deemed to be defective, we will ship you a replacement (you will be charged shipping to get the replacement back to you). Finish warranty covers defective finish, but is void if there is any evidence of use of wheel cleaners or abrasives, or if the wheel has been driven through harsh conditions such as winter seasons with salt on the roads. Wheels should be cleaned with mild soap and water, and a soft cloth. Structural Warranties are limited to defects such as cracks and bends, not caused by road hazards or driver error. This IS NOT a road hazard warranty.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please call 888.899.9636 (ext. 0, customer service) for a Return Authorization Number. Please do not return wheels without a valid R.A.N number, as they will be returned to you at your expense. We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Only unused products that have not been mounted on tires or driven on are eligible for return. Customer will recieve a full refund excpet for shipping charges; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires. Refund will be issued the same way initial payment was made. If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact OEMconcept Customer Service Department at 888.899.9636 ext. 0. We will report the damage with the shipping company. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The shipping company will pick up the damaged merchandise, inspect it and return it to OEMconcept. OEMconcept will immediatly ship out a replacement wheel upon receipt of the damaged one. |
